This is the lower capacity version of Delta's A319 fleet, with 126 seats. Unlike the change in seat pitch between A320 versions, seat pitch in each cabin remains the same across all of Delta's A319's. Both versions offer wifi, but the 31J also offers personal video screens, USB power and outlets, and satellite TV programming.
