About LAM

LAM is the national airline of Mozambique, originally established by colonial Portuguese interests before the country's independence. With a fleet of 7 planes, LAM operates routes to 16 destinations, almost exclusively within Mozambique, but with additional service to Angola, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Due to a 2011 ban, LAM is not cleared to operate within EU airspace, though the airline has code-sharing partnerships with Ethiopian Airlines, Ewa Air, and Kenya Airways that help facilitate a broader network of service.
