Honolulu-based Hawaiian Airlines is the largest full-service carrier within the Hawaiian island chain. From their hub in the center of the Pacific Ocean, Hawaiian serves destinations ranging from Asia to North America. Additionally, Hawaiian operates a sizable network of inter-island flights under their own imprint as well as subsidiary airline, 'Ohana.

Flyer Reviews of the Hawaiian Airlines

Hawaiian Airlines is one of those airlines that makes it look good before you fly, and then you wonder why you got stuck on it again. We flew on a mileage ticket, in two seats next to each other. The seats are not very comfortable, and the IFE is old, slow, and has become an afterthought since they no longer can charge for it. The seats recline too much- the couple in front of us decided to recline ALL THE WAY so we couldn’t do anything- even watching the IFE was difficult. There’s no air vents so when you’re hot, we’ll, there’s no recourse. Overall, we arrived after 9 hours exhausted and in pain.

Better than most - has extra legroom; curtain or partition in front may be bothersome.

Not terrible, but not good either, does not recline (exit row behind).

Don't sit here if you don't have to, may have limited recline; near the lavatory.

Can't go wrong with this seat, has extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat; armrests do not move.

Solid choice, this exit row seat has extra legroom; the seat in front does not recline; will not recline; no under seat stowage during takeoff and landing.

Better than some but not the best, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage.

Good seat with some minor issues, this exit row seat has extra legroom; the seat in front does not recline; no under seat stowage during takeoff and landing; may be missing an armrest; seat cushion may be very firm.

I lucked out with this seat... this exit row seat has extra legroom; the seat in front does not recline; no under seat stowage during takeoff and landing.
