You can always expect friendly assistance and on time notifications. I have been flying with Southwest for over 20 years. SWA is the best and I try to use vacation locationd where SWA flies. I have never been more satisfied. I will retire at a location which has SWA options.

Usually a good flight. On occasion the service has lacked some. I really enjoy flying Southwest Non-Stop Flights. No baggage fee is a definite plus!
